Untitled (for now), HDLUZ, Expanded Media Gallery, Zagreb, 1988

This project explores the relationship between natural elements and synthetic materials through sculptural cone forms that imitate natural structures. After being installed and photographed in a natural environment, the work was transferred into a gallery space, where natural processes, materiality, and the symbolism of transformation encounter artificial structures. In the gallery, the objects were further developed with soil, gravel, sand, and water, and spatially organized into spiral formations spreading across the floor and the space itself. Light interventions create spiral reflections that enhance the sense of movement, energy, and circulation.
The exhibition is accompanied by ambient music composed from recordings of bell sounds captured at the Ethnographic Museum in Pazin. Alongside the artist, the music was created in collaboration with Borut Cijanko, Marko Kovačić, and Tomo in der Muhlen.
